Quick question?

Hi I just started and already failed twice but “Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.” — Confucius. But I asked myself am I supposed to stop watching porn or stop clapping? And if it’s my choice what are you guys stopping? Sorry if this makes no sense I’m kinda a scatter brain
