#1 reason for relapsing is wasting your time doing nothing i.e. doomscrolling. Do things that gives you purpose and makes you feel fulfilled and accomplished. Lessen the screen time and pick up a book. Move more, be busy, be productive.
Delayed gratification > instant dopamine. One creates you, the other consumes you. Keep going guys!
