I haven’t watched porn for 83 days, and I will never again. I’ve fapped once during a trip, alone — I let that slide. However, I’m very annoyed at my addiction with soft porn: browsing Instagram for specific keywords that surface soft porn, and then wasting like 45min just browsing. It sickens me. It’s not the example I want to set, and it takes away from the identity and dreams Imm building. So today I’m restarting the journey, and including no soft porn as a rule. Hope you are well in your fight

First, well done on 83 days, that’s really well done! That’s a good move with resetting though, there was a point where I found that material mode addicting and powerful than some porn so it’s definitely not going to unwire what porn has done consuming that content
