I know you always say you won't do it but you do it. Instead of quitting all at once, quit gradually.

Porn isn’t a physical addiction it’s a mental addiction. With things like alcohol, going cold turkey can literally kill you. This is not the case with porn. Cold turkey is absolutely the best and fastest way to get rid of the addiction. Gradually stopping only makes the urges worse and takes way longer for your brain to rewire. Every time a porn addict watches porn, the urges come back faster and harder. Atleast in my experience.

I’ve quit cold turkey after 15+ years of addiction. I’m 83 days in and never relapsed. It’s possible you can do it. You just need to use all available resources to help and truly be committed to quitting
