The last time I had an orgasm was 14 days ago. I'm proud of that. However, I'm not so proud of the fact that I continue to watch porn almost every day, just out of boredom. Does anyone else do that?

Your brain gets dopamine from watching porn, this happens not only after an organization but while you are watching porn. This means watching porn even without jerking still adds to the brains dopamine addiction your brain has and adding onto your addiction with porn. Hope this could help.
