Just consider your body a separate entity that has its own nature and life. Each time it starts urging you to relapse, it means that it has extra energy, tell your body internally that since you have extra energy, we will clean the room, or go to the gym, or go for a walk. The body is smart and hates to spend energy and calories, so if it links those urges with lost energy without getting a dopamine explosion, it will start diminishing them.
