The reason why I started this is because of my addiction to porn, I’ve had stories and looked it up about how masturbation in general isn’t bad but porn is a drug and I 100% believe that and am with it. Honestly I’m fine right now but should I do a full no nut until June or should just porn? I’m probably gonna do just a full no masturbation in general but still..
for me personally I can’t really separate the two very well if I try to only masturbate I would wind up falling back in to porn use but quitting both has been way better for me
Masturbation is sex with yourself, porn is watching others have sex or inciting lust in others. Neither is good, the price is too high and won’t realize until has consumed you or taken everything, the sooner you fight it eventually gain victory the better

As Taylor said I also have a hard time separating the two, they are both masks hiding behind the real vice: lust. Being controlled my your lust makes you act in ways that lower your self worth and confidence, I find I don't reap all the benefits unless I've cut both out. Good luck in your journey and stay strong
