Starting my journey again.

Hey dudes starting my journey again, I feel so gross and useless watching porn everyday, the last time I attempted this was in August of 2023 I did alright for a month then I had to go to rehab for some other issues lol… anyway i got out of treatment in early 2024 and now im California sober (if you have an issue with that just don’t even bother im not listening) but now my porn addiction is kicking my ass 10x harder again so I just need some help staying focused on my journey to nofap again
