Today was tough

Today was tough ..almost 3whole days with out fapping or watching any kind of porn …Im getting depressed ,mad ,talking my way into it .. I felt like screaming today idk why i had ti keep reminded myself why this was a problem …im to a point where I can’t look at a pretty girl for a long time or else I get triggered …pushing through …i smoke I drink but this is something I can’t just stop cold ….
