I relapsed again last night a couple times. But I noticed that instead of consuming porn for multiple hours like I would in the last I only watched 1 video each time and was done. A relapse nevertheless but my consumption of porn was far less than it was at one point. A small improvement but an improvement nevertheless. Here’s to the journey once again. 🙌🙌
