A relapse is usually defined as an overt abandonment of your sobriety commitment. I would say peeking and quickly closing even after a few minutes would be considered more of a slip up than a relapse. Just know that a slip up, while not ideal, doesn't undo all your rewiring. Especially true in longer periods of abstinence.
