Porn addiction has ruined all my relationships

I’m 35 and fit and healthy, I’ve had 4 long term relationships and all of them have been affected massively by my struggle to keep fully aroused during sex. I either struggle to get it up or do and then during it goes down. I thought I found the perfect partner to have a family with but we have just broke up on the fact of my low performance during sex and issue with never giving my gf a orgasm while I’m inside her. Ive had blood tests done and doc said I have gd testosterone levels so the biology isn’t the issue. It’s definitely the over stimulation from PORN! Hopefully I can start a journey where even seeing online fit women (insta etc) can make me restrain from searching for porn. I’m hoping my life can change for my next partner as I can’t really continue this now I’m 35 and getting older. Pray for me.
