I was tempted to relapse so I clicked on the web watched the first minute of a video then stopped myself because i was slowly giving in

No, and stop trying to be perfect. The fact you stopped yourself is amazing. I know 90% of people wouldn't do that. You realized you're better than some pixels on a screen.
