I think it’s fine too. As long as masterbating doesn’t cause you to relapse. If you feel yourself reaching for a device to look at porn while doing it, then I’d recommend not masterbating. However if you don’t and it hasn’t affected you in any negative ways, then it’s completely fine. I myself still jerk off every now and then but don’t use porn at all. So if jerking off for you is working then keep at it. Just make sure it doesn’t interfere with your progress and if it starts to, immediately stop.
