I’m three hours away from one day in and already I want to quit. I know I’ll feel quirky afterward and disconnected from God but at the same time a just wanna get it out of my system. Anyone got some strong advice on how to discipline myself?
I second what Joshua said. That’s part of the temptation, is to just do it +1 more time. It’s too dangerous to give into that line of thinking.

Doing it one more time WILL NOT get it out of your system.. your deepening you’re dependence on the thing that will cause you to die. Seeking Jesus and his goodness more than following your flesh. Understand that mindset of needing to do it one more time and you’ll stop is a lie from the enemy
