Every time I relapse, it's in the 1-3 day period. Almost made it to 4 once, but relapsed 4 hours before. I don't use social media anymore, I have two accountability partners, I have an app locker, & I've tried using site blockers. The site blockers do not work. I need tips. (Don't tell me to find God or something like that because I'm not religious)

Yes! Also heads up around the 7 day mark you’re gonna feel it really bad but hold in there! It’s not worth it

I would suggest that if you play a lot of video games or watch a lot of TV, it would be beneficial for your recovery to limit or quit most electronic entertainment while you are building the habit of quitting. These things naturally bring us into the want for escape into relapse, since it’s all screens and distraction. Focus on life and sit in silence more often. If you get good at managing bored, porn loses a lot of it’s power.

1. Try first removing porn from your relapses. Ideally, you wouldn’t relapse, but baby steps! This should reduce your porn addiction a bit and make it a little easier to go for longer streaks. 2. Try meditation in a simple thought removal exercise. Every time a sexual thought comes, try to acknowledge it and let it go. Eventually you’ll get good at it so the feeling of needing to release or watch porn won’t be as strong. Good luck!

Best answer is if it’s that tempting just put your phone down and get away from any possible way to get online to look at it. During temptation read meditate take a cold shower find what works for you. My best thing is to put the phone down and leave it alone when I get tempted if I don’t have my phone I don’t have access to it
