Ive been lying to myself

Ive been edging with the intent to stop after one hour and leave it be but i realize im just harming myself more and more. However, even after i relapse i still get a workout in, yesterday i ended up relapsing early in the morning but still did 200 push ups, 60 bicycle crunches, 30 curls on each arm (30lbs) and 30 squats w dumbbells (30lbs). Im down but ill NEVER QUIT. STAY STRONG BROTHERS
I relapsed too. We can do this!!
