25 Days, Urges are dead now

Wow 25 days, my urge to even watch porn is at 0%. I know it won’t be like this forever but I’m reflecting and I’ve gone longer but still, my confidence and the way I come across people is totally different. I’ve still had releases but none through my own doing so maybe that has helped. When I download this app it was just a way to keep track of how long I can go, also when I have the urge I just come here to see how many of you failed and how it makes you feel after and just remind myself that I’ll prob experience the same thing if I relapse.
