Mindset shift
Guys think about this. We all want to achieve our goals, that’s partially the reason why we are all here. To cut out bad habits, break free from lust and replace it with a good habit. How much time per day are we dedicating towards our goals? Regardless of whether you are spending 0 hours vs 3 hours per day doing habits that will bring you closer to your goals, just imagine how much closer you would be if the time you spend gooning was replaced with time towards your goals. That would transform 0 hours to maybe 1-2 hours; and 3 hours to maybe 4-5 hours. Gooning will not directly straw you away from your path, but it can negatively impact it. You could spend the whole day busy, then get some free time and goon before being productive, then finding yourself cramming later when it’s more inconvenient. Instead, think about how much better it would be if you were productive during goon time, and productive during productive time. Ultimately 2x’ing your motion!
