Day 1 for the 5th time

I have been relapsing every 4th to 5th day and after every relapse my motivation is decreasing but this time i am thinking yo put up a mindset similar to weightlifting’s progressive overload ideology where i would relapse on a longer period every time

You have to make small changes to reach your goals and dreams , change your environment, leave your devices in another room , build small good habits. Hang in there ! The fact that you can go with out it for 4 to 5 days at a time is impressive, don’t beat yourself up!
