“Pleasure that leads to pain is Fake Pleasure “ This is my tenth day using this app and yesterday I got hit with my first urge since starting and it was a struggle , but I got through it and am managing the urge today listening to the YouTube videos from the app where I ram across this quote and bro does is change perspective , realizing that the benefits you get from not fapping heavily outweigh that “Fake Pleasure” that we get because guilt normally follows immediately afterwards! Feeling pretty good going forward , just wanted to share. WE GOT THIS!
