I was on a 4 day streak but I relapsed I don’t know how I fight urges any tips on how or what to do that has worked for you guys and are there any activities that could keep me busy from doing the bad stuff

Depends on when the urges hit, for me it would be before sleeping or late at night they would hit. The breathing exercise helped in the moment of almost relapsing in addition, keeping a water close to start drinking when the urge hits. It may not seem like it makes sense but anything to displace the urge while it goes away because it will go away u just have to give it time

one thing that i’ve used is regularly checking and adding to my censored word list to ensure that i avoid triggers while surfing the web

going in blindly isnt always going to work for people, this is like my 10th try and so far so good but its because ive learned to take preventative measures. One thing thats worked for me is setting a list of goals to get done everyday. starting small like getting out of bed in the morning or brushing my teeth to getting homework done allows for me to stay oriented around something and stay distracted from the thoughts
