just came to the realizations on why i masterbate at time, i feel like it’s because i don’t love myself like i think i do for one i was touched on as a kid so that can play a huge factor for sure but also because when im being loved by someone else (non sexually) i don’t have the urge or temptation to masturbate but when i’m alone mentally/physically i tend to become tempted
