Andddddd I relapsed…
I was going to make a second day post for motivation but I relapsed already. Absolutely disgusted with my self. Not doing anything is the issue that’s where you fall into temptations! Yesterday I managed to stay busy working out. Today I also worked out but very early… leading to me relapsing because I had nothing to do right now.
Sorry, bruv. But don’t focus on failure, get curious. If keeping busy helps, great, but you can’t always be busy every minute of every day. So how can you build your castle in a way that protects you during down time?
