Almost a month in, anyone else going through an emotional slump?

I feel i need a more positive replacement for the lack of dopamine i’d usually get from that high. And im already working out often & watching videos/streams. So i’d probably need to start reading or find a new hobby to fill in that dopamine deficit is why im feeling lower below my baseline. Anyone else feeling this? What are some of your replacements?
