if your goal was to stop watching porn to improve your real sexual relationships and sexual health, and you're happy with how that went, i'd say no. for me personally i'm quitting porn for the sake of being able to have good sexual experiences and free myself of the sexual issues porn has given me so when I do actually have sex, i see that as a good thing and proof that im recovering
