Almost gave in

Day 56 today and almost gave in. Knowing that I’ve made it this far and that I have all you guys on this journey with me helped me not to cave. I noticed that boredom is the biggest trigger for me. If I am bored my mind tries to work its way back to porn as a means of escape from the boredom. But having this app and community has really helped. Let’s keep going!
