Day 80
I just hit day 80. I just want to be a beacon of hope to prove that it's possible to break this addiction. This app has been an integral part of my journey and for that I am super grateful and blessed. I will continue pass 90 days and beyond. Now I do admit there have been times when I felt really stressed/anxious/depressed commonly referred to as Flatline. This led to a few quick slip-ups for a few seconds but I quickly snapped out of it. The best way to prevent that is to block adult content and avoid triggers. If you feel negative emotions like I did, or have some underlying problems occurring, you may want to deal with that through healthier habits such as meditation, exercise, reading, learning a new skill/language, or eating healthier meaning no processed foods and junk but rather whole nutritious foods. This way you won't feel the strong urge to cope with the stressors and negative emotions with porn and fapping because you'll feel good. Anything to tap into your creative mind. For me it's calisthenics. PUSH-UPS, squats, dips, but mainly pushups. Do as many as you can when you feel those urges and this will takes the focus off of it and redirect that energy into something healthier. (Who doesn't wanna look jacked). Cold showers are also effective in reducing your urges. My determination is on another level right now and I want this for you if you're reading this! Stay blessed and continue on because it's worth your happiness and joy in this short life. Let's keep pushing
