Everyone here is absolutely right. We are human and sometimes it’s hard to quit the things we have held onto for so long. I understand being upset but you still deserve kindness! Tomorrow is a new day, and so is the day after that. Keep working and remember what you do this for. You got this brotha

Brother, you are none of those things. Thats not you, that’s someone else telling you to believe those lies. You know what success is. You’ve felt it. And you’re not alone. Maybe today sucks. Maybe tomorrow will, too. But eventually, you’ll grab this bull by the horns and bring it to submission. You’ve got the power, don’t let anyone else persuade you otherwise.

I’ve felt like this so many times. When I would fail I would just shrug it off and just accept I couldn’t beat it. Set backs happen and that’s okay , it’s just how you react to it . Make the next day better, and the day after. Maximize your days. If you fail get up and go again and do better than you did last time . Over time you will beat this I promise you . Discipline and God will help you my brother

You were on a 16 day streak, that’s really good and shows you can do this. You saying these things about yourself is gonna ring throughout your subconscious. Instead of writing “im a loser..etc.” write something positive about yourself affirming the person you want to me. Write about yourself as if you are who you want to become.
