Relapsed again

Fellas. Just wanted to give you some motivation and a reminder. Porn is never worth it. I just relapsed again (being the third time I’ve relapsed since I’ve had this app) and I must say it wasn’t worth it in the slightest. Not only the post nut clarity but porn has become increasingly boring and redundant. Just a reminder to all the bros and sisters struggling out there. Just hit that panic button and breathe for a second and think (like I should have done).
