I had a moment when I had an urge to watch porn, I opened the browser for 2 min I scrolled thru pron and I said hell no! I have come too far to keep watching this and closed the laptop. Second time I was on twitter and searched for porn but same this thing I said enough is enough. Did I see porn? Yes, but at the same time I proud of myself and I did not masturbate and quite at the right time! Let me know what y’all think.
It counts, because we’re being strict. You must let go of meaningless porn. BUT, GOOD ON YOU!! Dude it’s baby steps like seeing it less, then seeing less per week, then less per month, that sets the pattern. You should be proud of yourself for not masturbating and having the willpower to turn off the intake. But the consequence of even trying for a moment is you gotta reset. Take the L and realize that you never want to do that again. Again, sry that’s strict, but also great job teaching yourself to get bored of it and move on.
