It’s time to be vigilant

Vigilant: alertly watchful especially to avoid danger I’ve been seeing a lot of posts about seeing sexualized content on IG, TIKTOK, YouTube, Reddit, Movies, Shows or anything that can connect to the internet. The comment usually follows up with “how do I reset my Algorithm?” Or “I need to unfollow these women”. What you REALLY need to do is delete it ALL. Delete IG. Delete YouTube. Delete Reddit. Delete it ALL. If you REALLY want to be free, if you REALL wanna reclaim your brain, if you REALLY wanna stop sexualizing everything, you NEED to get vigilant!! A sexual compulsive addiction can NOT be treated less than it is and it can NOT be given ANY ground. This addiction is out to destroy not only your LIFE but those who you love as well.
