Boredom gets me

Every time I relapse is like I got nothing to do, gaming felt boring, studying felt boring, and socializing felt distant and boring too. How should I solve this, once a proper distraction comes in i immediately stop thinking about relapsing.
It’s because porn extracts a huge amount of dopamine, lowering your dopamine baseline. Dopamines main task is to motivate you to do something. We all have a baseline dopamine to pull from to do and enjoy things we like. After a porn session, it’s lowered and there’s not much dopamine left for your brain to give you when you want to do something that’s normally fun. So what do you do? You turn to porn to feel something again. It’s a terrible cycle. You got to make a concrete plan to get yourself through the first 2 weeks. No phone and hour before bed. Plug your phone in a different room and use something else for an alarm clock. No social media. Write in a journal every night before bed. At the end of every shower, I like to turn the water cold for a minute. Content blockers help but you can’t get in your head and try to get past them to “test them out”. It’s extremely important to get proper sleep. Eating healthy and exercising is important as well. All of these things will change your life and get you closer than you have before. Following these I have been able to get to 30+ days, and you feel changed and happy. Make sure you never fantasize about porn. It activates the same pathways you’re trying to avoid. I like to use a 5 second rule. Once you realize it you have to shut down the thought in 5 seconds
