How to stop relapsing on day 5

As the title says. I get to day 5 and have the urges. No matter what I try and do to distract myself. Have you got any tips.

Social media is definitely a major trigger, your thoughts, you might unknowingly be negotiating with your thoughts whether to give in or not, best thing you can do is, maintain an active lifestyle, have other goals other than getting in shape too, long term goals, and every time you notice yourself thinking about girls in any way shape or form, sexually or not, immediately replace it with a good thought, and try not to slip back into the thought process again, thinking about girls, because before you know it, that’s when it’s too late, and you’re too tempted to not give in. hope this helps.

Remove yourself from the environment that triggers the urge. Get out and walk through the park.

Thanks guys. I do a lot of physical workouts but don’t really go outside. More just it to the gym and back. I might start going for Walks as well

Day 5 seems to be my hardest day as well. Get your mind off of it by going outside, doing some exercise, or just being in public. We got this brother!!

use that energy for a killer workout. put it towards some type of strenuous activity that is bound to use your energy.
