Small advice after hitting 20 days

I know not everyone’s problem is watching porn on their phone, however I believe a lot of us start scrolling on IG or twitter, see some half naked girl/guy, and then start down the slippery slope back to relapsing. Something that has helped me (I know everyone’s different just something I’ve tried) is deleting all of my social media apps and/or putting limits on them, and putting internet restrictions on my phone (you can even have someone put in a code to lock those restrictions on apple). Since then I get bored on my phone after a few minutes since I run out of things to look at, which causes me to get up and do something else to keep my mind off of it. Just something I wanted to share as it has worked well for me so far. I wish success for everyone!

Before I did something similar I couldn’t get past 5 days but after I stop social media, I haven’t had the urge in days and I’m hoping to go for weeks
