Relapse

Yesterday, I finally made it to day 12. After a long day I hopped in the shower and the urges took over me, and I just started edging and it happened from there. I feel like shit knowing that it’s going to take almost 2 weeks to get myself back to the point I was at. But I mean it is what it is, can’t change the past. I’m sick of letting myself down.
