Wet dream

Day 19

I had a wet dream, my goal has been no pornography and no masturbation, so I’m wondering if this should kill the streak? I’ve been thinking no. Would like some other thoughts on the matter.

it's actually a good thing bro. if you're like me and you never get wet dreams (porn use causes this) getting them after quitting is a sign that your body has already started adjusting and returning to normal arousal levels. it's not a relapse and it's something you should be excited about happening, you're healing! don't reset and stay focused and committed on your journey and pay attention to your body's cues and signs that it is recovering

Me too but I don’t count it, since we are inactive and in sleep. We are not in control unless you watch poem before hand then yes relapse

Obviously its fine stop asking stupid questions you know the answer too for attention and approval. Be proud of 19 days

It’s not bad if a wet dream happens. It doesn’t count as a relapse since you didn’t actively cause it. The only time it might be an issue is if you watched explicit content before bed, as that could influence your dreams.

No, wet dreams are a natural way our body releases old sperm to make space for new, fresh sperm. It has nothing to do with testosterone.

From what I understand, wet dreams is the bodies natural way of releasing testosterone. Can’t fight nature man, so you are in the clear

Self control. Focus on someone else

I’d say if you didn’t actually masturbate you should be fine big dawg. I’d keep the streak as long as it wasn’t intentional
