Is this app for complete abstinence from sex? Im on this app to rid myself of porn and excessive masterbation, but I do desire to keep having sex, is this the right app for me

It’s for however you see to use it. If you want to use it to keep a streak of staying from porn and masturbation, by all means use it as such. You can still have sex

Yea like he said it’s however you want it to be. Sex with a partner is healthy, one night stand sex with randoms frequently probably makes it worse. I’m just trying to quit porn and masterbation I’m on day 14 clean from both.
