Stress & panicking is the biggest trigger for me, when I’m having anxiety or stress, masturbation help me calm my nerves & relax but then immediately I start regretting that I lost my streak, so anyone know what else I can do when I’m panicking instead of masturbating?

I know it’ll sound stupid but maybe try chewing gum I bite my nails when I’m stressed or anxious and if I pop a gum in my mouth me chewing is almost like a relive like a fidget so to speak so I don’t bite my nails
