I’m on day 11 of no porn and I feel horrible like I’m constantly on the verge of a panic attack. Is anyone else experiencing or has experienced this or is it just me.

Could be that you were using porn to cover symptoms for something else. I’d check with someone on that if it stays persistent for more than a day or two.
