Does sex count as a relapse ?

I’ve been controlling for a long time - yesterday I went out to a club and had a one night stand with some chick. The sex was good, we did it twice, but does it mean I relapsed ?

Sex in of itself isn't a relapse although sex could lead to relapsing because your brain hasn't fully healed from needing dopamine, meaning your brain will treat the sex similar to a porn dopamine hit, so it may make your urge for porn stronger when you have no one around to have sex with. However I agree with the person above, we must flee all sexual immorality. Sex is reserved for marriage though that message may be unpopular in todays society.
