Same, through all my years of watching porn I never had a wet dream and then once I was off for two weeks, I don’t think of porn during the day but when I sleep I get random wet dreams and I hate it, I woke up this morning thinking I relapsed but then realized reality

i had this same experience too. i never had them. it's a sign that your body is adjusting and your arousal levels are levelling out to a normal level. it's a good thing! excessive porn use for a long time prevents it from happening but it's a normal and healthy release that your body is supposed to be able to do stay focused on your journey and pay attention to your body and notice these signs of healing
