Unpopular opinion: I want to stop this habit, but not quit entirely in the future
I believe that I want to reach a point where I don’t fall back on it as a habit or a response to stress/boredom, but I think doing it is healthy, but especially without porn & not as a habit, like maybe every few days or during weekends. I’m currently 40 days in, and I’ve had some clarity about my habit/addiction, but I don’t feel like quitting it, just controlling it. What do you guys think? Does this sound familiar or are you going to quit masturbating entirely?
