At the end of the day, only you know what will be best for you. Early on I 100% agree it is a relapse, at some point people allow themselves something but that’s only knowing where they are in their healing and only if they can be certain it won’t set them back at any point. If you have even the slightest doubt, then avoid all masturbation. Reason being your mind still connects the two. If you do one, you WILL do the other. No doubt about that
