Happy Monday

Gentleman, it’s a new week with new opportunities. Take today and make it the foundation for the rest of your week. Today around 4:30pm I will be back up to a 7 day streak. Times get tough, but there are plenty of other ways to distract your mind. I’ve had some pretty crazy thoughts go through my brain, but I haven’t acted on any of them. Pray for strength, pray for wisdom, pray for courage and pray for patience. This process isn’t easy. It’s literally the hardest thing I’ve ever done hands down. I’m dedicated to over coming this and washing my hands clean of it. I’ve been addicted to this disease for roughly 13 years. Be the change you want to see gentleman.
