Hey guys I’m 8 days in and thankful for this app and the community support. I love the breathing exercise and watching the tree grow. I’ve been in active recovery for 5 years now but always seem to relapse at some point along the journey. But facing my problems and regulating my emotions has helped me learn that this addiction points to pain so much deeper that I have to keep working at unraveling. I know it’s crazy but porn is the reason I have had so much self-discovery and grown closer to God over the years. I always say I wouldn’t want this for anyone else, but I’m thankful for what it has taught me and continues to teach me through the struggle, in the victories, and even in the relapses. Keep your heads up. With God we can do this!
