Energy is neither created or destroyed - it is only transferred.. so when you think just one more time it can’t hurt , and u get those rush of excuses as u dive into porn.. just know you’re not only destroying your energy for your goals and wellbeing - you’re also completely choosing misuse of gods gift to you The only way consistently out of lust is to anchor your entire life in something greater than immoral lust that gets you nothing - that means your goals, morals , thankfulness of consciousness, love for god, peace of mind, etc It will not happen overnight, because it’s a lifelong journey and complete mindset shift, the more you experience lust again with these boundaries and understandings , you will start to see how the devil and lust keeps trying.
