Gentleman what I’ve noticed helped me when I had a long streak was staying consistent. Consistent in the gym, I took supplements like ashwaghanda, shilajit and that helped boost my test and libido which helped me stay motivated for the gym. When I was consistent in the gym I had the motivation to not relapse. I was more confident. Once I got lazy and sloppy with being consistent that’s when I start relapsing. Stay consistent men. Go to the gym. Be active. Be busy. Try new things. Read the Bible. Go on a walk or a run. Go meet people.
