Monster

Porn is a monster like the ones we see in fairytales or books. Yeah we’ve all messed up and have gone places we haven’t wanted to. But I think the key is to put that behind us. We are not our past or the bad things we’ve done. If you lean toward Christian faith or believe in God. I like to think that we belong to God because he made us. We’re not our past we’re God’s children. And God’s kids win when they have him in their life. Not because God is a genie in the bottle and is going to give us a Ferrari if we pray for one. If you want one of those go work your ass off making money. But because we have God and relationship with him and know he loves us through Christ and what Christ did on the cross that’s our victory. When Christ died we can also die to our old self’s- our past, our shame, our disappointments, patterns, our depression. We don’t have to live in the past anymore. But we can now RISE with Christ in his resurrection just like when he rose again on the third day.
