Day 5

Thank you everyone!

I’m praying for you today, John! God sees your efforts and scripture says that Jesus prays and intercedes on our behalf. Romans 8:34 says that Jesus “is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us.” In 1 John 2:1 we read that Jesus is our “advocate with the Father,” and from Hebrews 7:25 we learn that Jesus “always lives to intercede” for us. You can do this, friend. Stand strong!✝️

Here are some prayers that help me. I pray the Rosary (Apostles Creed, Our Father, 3 Hail Mary’s, Glory Be, Fatima Prayer, then mediate on the mystery then Our Father, 10 Hail Mary’s then the second mystery and repair Our Father and Hail Mary’s onward, then Hail Holy queen and finish up the prayer) there’s guides online if you haven’t prayed it before. I pray the Jesus Prayer “Lord Jesus Christ, son of God have mercy on me, a sinner” Saint Benedict Medal Prayer “May the Holy Cross be my light May the dragon never be my guide Be gone satan! Never tempt me with your vanities What you offer me is evil Drink the poison yourself!” And I pray the Saint Micheal the Archangel Prayer Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil; May God rebuke him, we humbly pray; And do thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host, by the power of God, thrust into hell Satan and all evil spirits who wander through the world for the ruin of souls. These what have been helping me fight temptations. Reminder that with Christ you are stronger than the devil.
